At Indexing Fire, we are committed to providing fast and reliable link indexing services. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
No Refunds After Processing
All sales are final once an order is processed. No refunds will be issued.
This includes both partial and full submissions.
Re-Credit Policy for Failed Indexing
To keep things fair, we do offer a re-credit policy:
- If none of your submitted URLs are indexed, you will receive a full re-credit to your account.
- If your indexing rate is below 70%, we will re-credit 50% of the credits used for the non-indexed URLs.
Note: Re-credits are issued as platform credits. not as cash refunds — and can be used anytime. Credits do not expire.
What is Not Eligible
- Cash refunds under any circumstance
- Incorrect, broken, or blocked URLs
- Orders placed in violation of our Terms of Service
- Results affected by Google algorithm changes or external SEO practices
